Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3–4 business days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment, unless a different processing or delivery timeline is communicated at the time of purchase.

For handmade, customized, made-to-order, or specially sourced products, additional processing time may apply. The applicable timeline will be communicated to the customer where relevant.

Shipping Partners

Orders may be shipped through registered domestic courier companies, Speed Post, or other reliable logistics providers selected by us, depending on the delivery location, product, and shipping requirements.

Once your order has been dispatched, applicable tracking details may be shared with you through your registered email address or other contact information provided at the time of purchase.

Delivery Address

All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address, contact number, email address, and other required information are accurate and complete.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on the destination, courier or postal service, product availability, and other logistical factors.

While we make reasonable efforts to meet the estimated delivery date communicated at the time of order confirmation, actual delivery is subject to the norms, operations, and service conditions of the relevant courier company or postal service.

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather conditions, natural events, transportation disruptions, public holidays, strikes, customs procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Confirmation

Where applicable, shipment and delivery updates will be communicated to the customer's registered email address or contact details provided during the ordering process.

A shipment may be considered delivered based on the delivery confirmation or tracking information provided by the relevant courier or postal service.

International Shipping

For international orders, shipping methods and delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country and available logistics services.

International customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, clearance charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country, unless expressly stated otherwise.
